Highly motivated individual to provide consumer education, post purchase counseling and client intake services for busy office in San Fernando Valley. Excellent organizational and presentation skills required. Ability to communicate financial and real estate information effectively in group setting is a requirement. Must have experience with community lending, credit counseling and/or affordable housing industry. B.A. in finance, marketing or public administration preferred or equivalent experience. California Real Estate license required or able to obtain. Some evenings and weekend work. Bilingual, Spanish and English required. Salary: $36-42K DOE plus benefits.
